The Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our core platform. You'll work across our stack from agentic AI systems that interpret and act on complex requests, to data pipelines processing billions of healthcare records, to the interfaces customers use daily.

What You'll Do

• Develop our AI agent infrastructure, including LLM integration, tool orchestration, and multi-turn dialogue systems
• Design and build backend services and APIs using Python
• Build data pipelines that process large-scale healthcare datasets
• Contribute to architecture decisions balancing performance, maintainability, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency
• Experience building production systems that run reliably at scale
• Comfort working across the stack, from databases to APIs to frontend
• Strong fundamentals in data modeling, SQL, and distributed systems
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI/ML in production
• Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with claims data or medical coding (ICD-10, NDC)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
