The Role

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own the systems and processes that power our go-to-market motion. You'll build and maintain the tooling, automation, and data infrastructure that enables sales, marketing, and customer success to operate efficiently.

This isn't a traditional ops role. We need someone who can build using AI coding assistants, no-code tools, or scripts to solve problems and scale what they do. You'll own the full RevOps lifecycle: lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting, customer onboarding workflows, and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize our CRM, marketing automation, and RevOps stack
• Build internal tooling and automation using AI coding assistants
• Design and maintain lead scoring, routing, and handoff processes
• Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and customer health metrics
• Manage integrations between sales, marketing, and product systems
• Document processes and ensure data quality across GTM systems
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify bottlenecks and build solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in RevOps, GTM operations, or sales/marketing ops roles
• Technical aptitude: comfortable with SQL, can learn Python, builds with AI tools
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills: you think in funnels, cohorts, and conversion rates
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-starter who figures things out without waiting for instructions

• Healthcare or life sciences industry experience
• Background building internal tools or workflow automations
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes
• Familiarity with product-led growth or usage-based metrics
