Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Manik Khanna

Former Revenue and Corporate Development executive at PlaceIQ (acquired by Private Equity), with a 20-year career in data, analytics and advertising building zero-to-one products at PlaceIQ, Amobee (acquired by SingTel), and AdMob (acquired by Google). Hobbyist in satellite communication technologies and an aspiring triathlete.

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Jonathan Lenaghan

Physicist with a background in machine learning and cloud-scale data systems. Built and led Data Science and Engineering teams at Datadog (NASDAQ: DDOG) and PlaceIQ. Currently serves as an advisor to Parameter Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in NYC, and advises several startups in the AI and cybersecurity space.

Adam Moody

Applied Math and Actuarial Science expert turned healthcare analytics product leader, leading analytics teams at Optum Insights, CVS, Cotiviti (acquired by Verscend), Health Dialog (acquired by BUPA) and Rowdmap (acquired by Cotiviti). Experienced founder of multiple healthcare startups leading the companies through acquisition. An avid cricket enthusiast, he's a member of the Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.

Eddie Smith

Veteran revenue executive with 25+ years of experience scaling data and technology businesses. Track record includes 2 public and 3 private exits. As CRO at PlaceIQ, grew the company from zero to a profitable 19x EBITDA exit. Previously built Twitter’s API business pre-IPO, creating new monetization channels, and launched industry-defining products as one of the first product management leaders at DoubleClick (acquired by Google). Brings deep expertise in go-to-market, revenue operations, and scaling enterprise and platform businesses.

Kelly Ware

Healthcare analytics and product leader with over a decade of experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. She specializes in building analytics foundations that prioritize data quality, scalable metrics, and real-world usability, with hands-on experience working across healthcare claims and clinical data to support performance measurement and decision-making. With a background in Public Health, Kelly brings a population-level perspective to product design and is passionate about ensuring analytics help surface disparities and support more equitable outcomes.

As Chief Analytics Officer at DeepIntent and in prior leadership roles at Healthgrades, Digitas Health, and Comscore, he has been the industry’s trusted expert for solving complex analytics challenges and delivering rigorous, scalable solutions. He has consistently driven advancements in real-time, actionable media insights that reshape how pharmaceutical organizations evaluate and optimize marketing performance, while building and scaling sustained growth. An established industry thought leader, he has contributed to two successful upper 9-digit private exits.

Senior Advisor, Life Sciences and RWE

Eric Jordie

Veteran quantitative science and drug development leader with deep experience applying advanced analytics, modeling, and simulation to complex biopharmaceutical and healthcare problems. Formerly Deputy Director of Quantitative Science at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he led data-driven program strategy and investments in Model-Informed Drug Development and global health data ecosystems. Has led large, multidisciplinary teams supporting preclinical through late-stage clinical development. Brings extensive experience shaping clinical trial design, dose optimization, and development strategy using pharmacometrics and systems modeling. Earlier in his career, worked across discovery, translational, and clinical development programs as well as in advanced modeling and simulation roles in scientific and engineering environments. Brings rare depth in scientific rigor, systems thinking, and translating complex data into high-impact decisions.
