The Role

We're looking for a Design Engineer to define the next generation of interfaces for agentic systems. This isn't about chatbots or simple AI wrappers.  We're building novel interaction patterns for AI agents that reason, act, and collaborate with users on complex tasks.

You'll own both design and implementation. One day you're exploring new paradigms for human-agent collaboration in Figma; the next you're shipping that vision in React. This is a focused, high-ownership role for someone who wants to push the boundaries of what agentic UI/UX can be.

What You'll Do

• Design and build cutting-edge interfaces for AI agent workflows
• Explore new interaction patterns for multi-step reasoning, tool use, and human-in-the-loop collaboration
• Ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript
• Own the full arc from concept to prototype to implementation
• Establish the design language and component system for our platform

What We're Looking For

• Strong design skills with a portfolio showing original, thoughtful UI/UX work
• Production frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Obsessive attention to detail and craft
• Point of view on where agentic interfaces are headed
• Comfort with ambiguity

• Experience designing for AI/ML products or complex data applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development tools
• Background in interaction design
